How does it work?
PIT Self-Placement® proposition includes the PIT Self-Reference assessment.
This assessment is based on a unique, validated, scientific method (the Q-method, University of Chicago, prof. W. Stephenson, 1953).
PIT Self-Reference assessment measures the candidate’s own assessment of their working life and environment at this moment, as well as the candidate’s views on a desired working life and environment. Furthermore, the PIT Self-Reference assessment also clearly identifies the candidate’s barriers and obstacles which, if not addressed properly, would prevent a successful transformation from happening.
PIT Self-Reference assessment is a unique tool. All other psychological tests measure motivation, skills and abilities of the candidate, whereas the PIT Self-Reference assessment measures the candidate’s potential for a successful transformation.
